• Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Support the implementation of network security measures and protocols to protect data and systems.
• Participate in network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Learn and apply principles of network design and architecture under supervision.
• Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions within the network environment.
• Contribute to system upgrades and patching initiatives as directed.
• Engage in remote training sessions and collaborative problem-solving with the IT team.
• Develop proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.

• A strong interest in computer networking and IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
