Senior Business Analyst - Digital Strategy

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in Digital Strategy to join their team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga . • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and digital strategy objectives.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify digital opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of digital solutions, including web, mobile, and CRM platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and project roadmaps for digital projects.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of business analysis deliverables.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on digital strategy or digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices (e.g., web development, mobile applications, data analytics, AI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and diagramming tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid model, with periodic on-site work in Mpumalanga .
