Remote Senior Architect - Digital Transformation Lead

• Lead the strategy and implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the architectural practice.
• Develop and champion firm-wide standards and best practices for BIM, computational design, and other digital tools.
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to architectural staff on new digital technologies and workflows.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend new digital tools and platforms to enhance design and project delivery processes.
• Collaborate with IT departments and external technology partners to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Oversee the development and management of digital asset libraries and project data management systems.
• Drive innovation by exploring and applying emerging technologies like AI, generative design, and advanced simulation tools.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations highlighting the firm's digital capabilities.
• Ensure digital workflows align with project requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for digital architectural technologies.

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional Architect registration with a recognized body.
• 10+ years of architectural experience, with a proven track record in digital design and technology implementation.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and a deep understanding of its application in complex projects.
• Experience with computational design tools (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo) and scripting languages (e.g., Python) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with VR/AR technologies and their application in architectural visualization and design review.
• Strong understanding of data management, cloud collaboration platforms, and cybersecurity principles in the AEC context.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing change within an organization.
