• Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues with equipment.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance procedures.

• Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
