• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine product requirements and design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and digital product development.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript principles and their implications for design.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
