Remote Network Operations Center; NOC) Analyst

This fully remote position is critical for ensuring the seamless operation and constant availability of our extensive client networks. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving issues, and responding to alerts in real-time from the comfort of your home office.

• Proactively monitor network performance, availability, and security using advanced NOC tools and dashboards.
• Detect, diagnose, and troubleshoot network incidents and outages, escalating issues as necessary.
• Respond to system alerts and alarms, performing initial analysis and taking appropriate action.
• Document all network events, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in detail.
• Collaborate effectively with Tier 2/3 support teams, field engineers, and client IT departments.
• Perform routine system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of NOC procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
• Participate in shift rotations as required to provide 24/7 network monitoring coverage.
• Identify trends and patterns in network events to proactively prevent future issues.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar IT support role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and topologies.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, Nagios, PRTG).
• Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear incident reporting and collaboration.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as part of a shift schedule.
