• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to compute, storage, networking, and databases in cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to report and resolve product defects and bugs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist customers with the configuration, deployment, and management of cloud resources.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Guide customers on optimizing their cloud usage for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Provide on-call support as part of a rotation schedule.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or system engineering, with a strong focus on cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, and virtualization.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems and applications.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
