Remote Project Manager - SaaS Implementation

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects, from client onboarding and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal technical teams, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training and documentation to end-users.
• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for process improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date project status reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion best practices for remote project management and client engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing software implementation projects for diverse clients.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud computing concepts, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues globally.
