Senior Project Manager - Business Systems Analyst

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business system enhancement projects.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Oversee system design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years focused on business system analysis and implementation.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration.
• Experience with financial services systems and regulations is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and business analysis tools.
