• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and best practice materials.

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, technical support, or a related client-facing role.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fully remote setting.
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly desirable.
