1.Strong RMS experience, including ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
3. Clear, proactive communication
They should be able to triage failures, understand the critical path, and escalate issues appropriately. They will be expected to update runbooks / knowledgebase articles and recommend improvements to the engineering team.
