Splunk seeks a Technical Customer Success Specialist with Splunk product expertise and strong communication skills for remote work across Western Canada.
As part of Splunk, a Cisco company, you will support enterprise customers across cybersecurity, observability, and IT operations platforms. You will guide Splunk Cloud and Enterprise deployments, provide advisory support, and develop technical adoption planning aligned with customer goals. The role combines technical health mentorship with consultative customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Address technical health issues for Public Sector customers
- Oversee technical adoption plan execution across multiple teams
- Mentor customers on technical health planning and recommendations
- Coordinate critical issues, upgrades, add-ons, and maintenance windows
- Analyze usage and recommend education or additional services
- Three or more years in technical support or related experience
- Two or more years building customer relationships with commercial accounts
- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Achieve Splunk Architect Certification within one year
