Technical Support ; Fully Remote

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers via phone and email, resolving issues with a leading LMS.
• Investigate, document, and escalate technical issues, and publish knowledge base articles.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for high-severity incidents.

Requirements:

• Experience in enterprise-level technical support and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of web technologies, SaaS, SSO, APIs, and basic SQL.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently in a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Blackboard Learn or other LMS platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Linux+, or CCNA.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or system administration.
• Fully remote position based in India.
