- Deliver responsive, high-quality remote technical support with a focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- At least three years of customer-facing technical support, hardware support, or infrastructure support experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
- Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills to manage multiple requests in a remote environment.
- Annual salary of $55,000–$89,000 with comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
