SEO Analyst — Google Ads, B2B Marketing

Location: Remote - Latin America (EST working hours)

Compensation: $25 - $30 USD/hour

Job Type: Part-time contract (20 hours/week)

We’re looking for a Growth & SEO Analyst to help scale our presence in the US B2B tech market. You’ll own paid acquisition and organic growth strategies aimed at IT decision-makers, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has already run campaigns for US audiences and knows how to make every ad dollar count.

• 3-4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads
• Background in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT / tech services industry
• Experience marketing software development or AI services
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Solid understanding of marketing and growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention)
• Portfolio showcasing relevant campaigns and results
• Availability to work 20 hours/week aligned with EST business hours

• Experience with Linked In Ads
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
• Google Ads certification or similar

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US B2B audiences
• Design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads in the IT market
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, iterating based on data
• Work side by side with the Marketing team, including a Marketing Specialist and an SDR, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the CEO
• Own campaign results end-to-end, from strategy to measurable outcomes

• Direct impact on growth - your campaigns will feed the pipeline of a fast-growing AI software agency
• US B2B market exposure - work on campaigns for a US-based client portfolio in the tech space
• Flexible, part-time setup - 20 hours/week, fully remote, giving you room to balance other commitments
• Ownership from day one - shape the paid and organic growth strategy, not just execute it

• $25 - $30 USD/hour - paid in USD, bi-weekly via Deel
• Fully Remote - work from anywhere in Latin America
• Long-term contract - starting with a 6-month trial period, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future (terms to be reviewed at that time)
• Paid PTO - starts accruing after the 6-month trial period
• Referral Program - earn a bonus for referring talent that gets hired
