DevOps Engineer

Our Dev Ops Engineer role rewards the inclusive habit of writing the test before you trust the feature, especially around Stakeholder Management. What anchors this Hammond job is ownership; the $46,000 - $74,000, the full-time hours, the 1-year ask all hang off that.

• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Self-Motivation and Site Reliability Engineering
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
• Keep the technology AWS service humming through Hammond's holiday traffic surge
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Lead Grafana design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Hammond, IN builds them
• Decode the undocumented Site Reliability Engineering service nobody at A24 remembers writing

• Proven track record delivering results as a junior Dev Ops Engineer
• Hands-on experience with modern AWS workflows and tooling
• Working understanding of both Amazon EKS and Stakeholder Management in real-world settings
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Practical Pulumi skills sharpened in a full-time setting
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• 1 years that taught you which corners can be cut

Trusted by businesses nationwide, A24 operates a warm-yet-rigorous technology platform from its Hammond base. We'd rather coach a mentorship-focused learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

Your package includes $46,000 - $74,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.

Re-confirmed open this morning, the junior seat at A24 stays available.
