Program​/Project Manager - 3rd party Edge Partner Management - remote

Location: 100% remote

Job Type: long term contract (12 months to start)

• In this role you would be supporting our Fortune 500 clients Edge Partner team which consists of 3rd party Systems Integrators such as Accenture, SAP, Deloitte, etc.
• You would own coordination across Value Streams and external partners to ensure test readiness and execution stay aligned.
• Remove blockers early, confirm readiness before testing begins, and keep work moving across teams and systems.
• Must have experience working in SAFe/Agile environment.
• Must have experience using Azure Dev Ops Services to track work items, boards, backlogs, sprint planning, and reporting.

• Coordinate across Value Streams and external partners to ensure clear ownership, aligned timelines, and no gaps in accountability
• Drive test readiness (data, environments, dependencies, participation) so tests can begin when fully prepared and preventable failures can be avoided
• Align and enable end-to-end test execution across systems so testing runs on time without last minute blockers
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies early to avoid delayed execution
• Manage cross-system defects by ensuring they are logged, assigned, resolved, and retested quickly across teams
• Escalate risks, blockers, and missed commitments early so issues are visible and resolved before impacting delivery timelines
  
  Ensure external partners are prepared and meeting commitments for testing timelines and participation
• Maintain clear, accurate visibility into readiness, dependencies, defects, and risks so leadership can rely on status and act quickly
• Participate in planning activities across Value Streams to align on capacity and timeline commitments
