Onboarding Manager
Location:
Leeds/Remote (2–3 days per month onsite, remainder remote) Rate:
Up to £440 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract:
Until April 2027 We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to join a major healthcare digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, delivery-focused professional to manage partner onboarding, coordinate integrations and build strong stakeholder relationships across a complex digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and integration activities. Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Coordinate multiple work streams, managing priorities, dependencies and risks. Proactively resolve blockers and ensure onboarding milestones are achieved. Maintain accurate tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and partner experience.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination or service delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines. Experience working with technical teams and digital platforms. Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach. Desirable: NHS, healthcare or public sector experience, particularly involving digital services or platform integrations. Interested?
