About The Role:

Crowd Strike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, Consulting Services Director for the Professional Services Consulting team, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our Crowd Strike Services team offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of engagements including front page incident response investigations for organizations you’ll find on the annual Fortune 500 list.

What You'll Do:

Lead consulting engagement teams and provide high-level oversight on consulting engagements engagements

Perform initial triage and scoping for prospective clients to understand the client objectives and level of effort involved to complete objectives

Partner with Sales Team to scope and win new business

Manage and mentor team members to help expand skill sets and maximize performance

Produce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel

Deliver high quality services constantly seeking feedback from customers, partners and Crowd Strike team members to improve offerings

Partner with other Services regional leaders to staff and schedule consulting engagements

Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, Crowd Casts, and other public speaking events
