Oracle Cloud OTC Functional Lead (M&A Focus) About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Lead to own and drive Oracle Cloud implementations supporting M&A initiatives, including onboarding newly acquired businesses into a Zuora-to-Oracle receivables ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full implementation lifecycle: discovery, fit-gap, solution design, CRPs, configuration, data migration, SIT/UAT, mock cutovers, go-live, hypercare, and transition to Production Support
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules: AR, Billing, Order Management, Pricing, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, Auto Invoice, Lockbox, and Revenue Accounting
- Manage customer master and open AR conversion, invoice, and receipt migration for acquired entities
- Own functional design and testing of integrations across Oracle, Zuora, CRM, payment providers, and tax engines
- Prepare FDDs, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test scripts
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Ops, Tax, and Engineering to ensure Day 1 readiness and post-go-live stability
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience
- Minimum 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations (Discovery through Hypercare)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle AR, OM, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Data Management
- Experience with Oracle-Zuora integrations
- Proven M&A, carve-out, or enterprise transformation implementation experience
- Experience leading production deployments and cutovers
- Zuora Billing/Revenue or other subscription billing platform experience
- Subscription-to-Cash (S2C) and OTC integration architecture design
- Integration experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, Stripe, payment gateways, and tax engines
- Global, multi-BU, multi-currency, multi-legal entity implementation experience
