CAI is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for remote, 2nd shift in the United States. You will handle Level 1 IT support and customer service, assisting associates and vendors via phone, email, or chat.
The role requires 6-12 months in a service desk or technical support, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and availability to work 11:30am–8:00pm EST on weekdays. A HS diploma is required with a preference for an associate degree.
