- Fully remote role with periodic travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT support operations, ticket queues, escalations, and service performance.
- Manage MSP vendor performance and coordinate onboarding and service enhancements.
- Drive reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise and experience in multi-site distributed environments.
- Strong customer service, communication, and reporting skills.
