Data Migration and Integration Consultant; HR​/Payroll Systems); Fully Remote

• Lead and deliver data migration work streams into SAP Success Factors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, from planning to go live.
• Gather integration requirements, produce designs, and build/test interfaces using platform-native tools and middleware.
• Use ETL tooling to extract, transform, and load data at scale while automating validation checks.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven data migration experience across multiple full lifecycle projects in at least one major HCM platform.
• Hands-on ETL experience and strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures.
• Clear communicator able to work with both technical teams and HR stakeholders.
