Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
- Expert-level experience with Neo Load.
- Experience designing performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
- Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4
HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, and middleware. - Experience developing production workload models using historical metrics.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, stress/endurance/spike/failover testing, API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics.
Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Neo Load certification preferred.
- Azure or AWS cloud certifications preferred.
