IT Course Online Training Specialist
Female; 1 Year Contract;
Target candidates: expatriates only - Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, Sri Lankan, Egyptian, Nepali and other eligible nationalities residing in Oman.
Location:
Muscat Oman.
Employment Type:
Hybrid. Industry: Oil & Gas, Online Training.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT training experience.
The IT Training Specialist will develop and deliver professional online IT courses as the main instructor. The role combines IT knowledge, course development, instructional design, video recording and on-camera presentation to create engaging online learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver complete online IT courses as the main instructor.
- Record professional video lessons and software demonstrations.
- Present confidently and professionally on camera as the role requires regular video recording of online IT courses.
- Prepare course outlines, scripts, presentations, notes, exercises, quizzes and assessments.
- Work with video editors, designers and course-production teams.
- Manage and update course content on learning management systems (LMS).
- Improve courses using learner feedback and updated technologies.
- Conduct webinars and live online training sessions when required.
- Female expatriate candidate.
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field 2 3 years of relevant IT training experience.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills with confidence on camera.
- Experience in online learning video recording and course development.
- Experience with LMS e-learning platforms such as courses on Coursera Udemy Linked In Learning or similar platforms.
- LMS experience, instructional design certification, video editing skills or relevant Microsoft Cisco CompTIA cloud cybersecurity or other IT certifications is an advantage.
