We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong integration knowledge and hands on troubleshooting experience to investigate and resolve issues identified during end to end testing with vendors, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience with integration platforms, managed file transfer tools, container technologies, databases, and ETL processes. The role also requires the ability to identify root causes and communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and integration troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience troubleshooting integration tools and platforms such as Go Anywhere, MOVEit, Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform (OCP), Red Hat Fuse, and IBM integration technologies.
• Knowledge of databases and ETL processes, including technologies such as AWS PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
• Working knowledge of React.js and Spring Boot.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra  other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience triaging and resolving issues identified during end to end testing, UAT, and performance testing.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to technical and non technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

• Experience with the integration platforms, database technologies, ETL tools, and application technologies listed in the required skills.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, client teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
• Ability to work across application, integration, database, and infrastructure teams during testing and issue resolution.

• Triage and investigate issues identified during multiple testing phases, including end to end testing with vendors, client UAT, and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving managed file transfer tools such as Go Anywhere and MOVEit.
• Investigate issues related to containerized applications and Open Shift Container Platform environments.
• Support troubleshooting of integration solutions involving Red Hat Fuse and IBM integration technologies.
• Analyze database and ETL issues involving AWS PostgreSQL, Databricks, and AWS DMS.
• Troubleshoot application integration components involving React.js and Spring Boot.
• Support investigation of identity and access issues involving Microsoft Entra  other IAM solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify contributing factors, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate findings, technical issues, and resolutions to technical teams, vendors, clients, and non technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve defects and support successful testing and delivery.
• Contribute to development activities and provide the required development deliverables.
• Development deliverables supporting application and integration requirements.
• Issue triage and troubleshooting outcomes.
• Root cause analysis findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Resolutions for issues identified during end to end testing, UAT, and performance testing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
