• Remotely monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents and requests.
• Perform configuration changes and updates on network devices via remote access tools.
• Collaborate with field teams and other technical departments to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for emergency network support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom network operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
