Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Delivery Consultant will play a key role in implementing bespoke ER case management solutions for clients. The successful candidate will act as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery—working across workflow design, system configuration, coding and client enablement.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design- Collaborate with Project Managers, Data and Development Specialists to capture implementation requirements
- Evaluate and challenge client needs to identify the most efficient solutions
- Translate operational workflows into tailored system designs using tools like Lucidchart or similar
- Propose optimised solutions that address business challenges using the full capability of the platform
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into structured technical solutions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing priorities
- Confident in engaging with clients and presenting alternative approaches
