Infor Integration Support Engineer; INFOR

We are seeking an experienced Infor Integration Support Engineer to support and maintain integrations within the Infor Cloud Suite environment. This role is responsible for ensuring stable interface operations, resolving integration failures, and supporting uninterrupted data exchange across connected systems.

• Support day-to-day integration operations across enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve interface, connectivity, and transaction-processing issues.
• Manage integration exceptions and support incident resolution.
• Analyze failures and implement corrective actions.
• Review and recommend integration architecture and interface design improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain integration stability.
• Support interface deployments and production support activities.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in integration support, middleware operations, or interface management, including hands-on experience supporting Infor Cloud Suite environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting global organizations or international clients, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

• Availability to support U.S. Eastern Time business hours, including occasional after-hours support during releases and critical incidents.
• Reliable internet connectivity with backup support is required for remote work.
