We are seeking an experienced AI & BI Reporting Analyst to design AI-driven solutions, develop business intelligence reports, and analyze complex datasets to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Qlik reporting tools, advanced SQL, and AI technologies such as Claude or Google Gemini.

This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, reporting automation, and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.

Design and develop AI-powered solutions to improve reporting and business processes.

Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Google Gemini to support analytical workflows and reporting tasks.

Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.

Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions.

Document reporting processes, data sources, and technical requirements.

Ensure reports and AI-generated outputs meet business requirements and quality standards.

3–5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or a related field.

Previous employment with Verizon is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience with Qlik reporting and dashboard development.

Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data manipulation.

AI certification or demonstrated AI training in Claude and/or Google Gemini, as specified by the hiring team.

Experience analyzing data and converting business requirements into meaningful reports.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience with reporting automation and dashboard optimization.

Familiarity with AI-assisted data analysis and workflow improvement.

Experience working with enterprise reporting systems and large datasets.

Knowledge of data validation, reporting standards, and data quality practices.
