Manager, Security & Compliance; Fully Remote

• Lead security, privacy, and compliance program execution and maturity.
• Combine healthcare compliance knowledge with hands-on security experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST programs, including leading HITRUST certification.
• Manage audits, risk assessments, and external partners, driving remediation.
• Oversee access, encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieve HITRUST certification with findings remediated.
• Maintain audit readiness and reduce risk while building security partnership.
