Member Operations Associate Manager; Fully Remote

• Execute and quality-check cross-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, and SMS.
• Manage campaign builds, QA, and vendor coordination for launches and ongoing operations.
• Maintain CML updates, Do Not Contact processes, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or project management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with email platforms like Braze, and familiarity with HTML is preferred.
