- Work with clients to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose problems and seek causes and possible solutions.
- Analyze TETA application configuration and data directly in Oracle databases.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of TETA or similar applications (required).
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience in technical/application support, preferably with ERP systems.
- Trust and autonomy to achieve success on your terms.
