This mid-level role manages technical solutions for moderately complex projects, collaborates with clinical and operational teams, and provides guidance to junior analysts.

This role lives in the Revenue Cycle space and supports accurate and timely billing functions within the Epic environment. This position will focus on building, testing, and maintaining workflows related to the Professional Billing area.

The Epic Resolute Professional Billing Clinical Applications Analyst II will:
• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications, including moderately complex system components within the Epic Resolute EHR environment.
• Troubleshoot multifaceted issues spanning software, hardware, interfaces, and databases.
• Monitors system performance
• Perform quality assurance and integrated testing to ensure application reliability and alignment with organizational standards.
• Supports projects and develop application-specific enhancements and reports to support clinical and operational priorities.
• Develops and maintains system documentation for build specifications.
• Mentor and guide Analyst I team members on technical tasks and processes.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for assigned applications and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field of study required)
Associate's Degree + 2 additional years of applicable experience (minimum total of 5 years) will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Certification:

Active Epic Certification in Resolute Professional BIlling is required.

Minimum Experience

Required:

3 years of applicable system build experience within Epic Resolute Professional Billing module; high level complexity
