Our client is seeking a motivated Telecom Network Operations Specialist to join their technical operations team, with the option for this role to be fully remote

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications network operations or a similar technical support role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Knowledge of telecommunications principles (VoIP, cellular networks) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or office‑based environment.
