• Lead the design and architecture of innovative telecommunications solutions, encompassing mobile, fixed‑line, and enterprise services.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps for future telecom technologies, including 5G, IoT, and cloud‑native platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive architectural designs.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party technologies and solutions into the overall architecture.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes to validate architectural approaches.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost‑effective.
• Represent the company's technical vision in client discussions and industry forums.

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications architecture and design.
• Proven track record in architecting large‑scale, complex telecom systems (e.g., RAN, Core Network, IMS, OSS/BSS).
• Deep understanding of mobile network technologies (4G/LTE, 5G ), IP networking, and cloud technologies (NFV/SDN).
• Experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative setting.
