Remote Project Manager - SaaS Implementation

A rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company is looking for an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead the implementation of their cutting-edge solutions for clients across various industries. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring their successful adoption and integration of our client's software.

• Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementations for assigned clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal resources (technical support, sales, development) to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Configure and customize SaaS solutions to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Gather client feedback for product development and service improvement.
• Manage project documentation and communication with all stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on SaaS or software implementation projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and implementation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand software functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in client onboarding and training is highly valued.
