• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Assist with user account management and access provisioning.
• Document technical issues and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support staff when necessary.
• Participate actively in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for remote work and data security.

• A strong passion for technology and a keen interest in IT support.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
