Senior UI​/UX Designer; Mobile Focus

Our client, a thriving digital agency known for its innovative mobile solutions, is actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. This role will focus heavily on designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for a variety of mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wire framing to prototyping and creating high-fidelity visual designs.

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights for mobile app design.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and information architecture for mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for iOS and Android platforms.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices for mobile UX.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for mobile applications, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mobile UI/UX design.
• Present design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a significant focus on mobile application design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work for mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, mobile heuristics, and platform-specific design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
