** Senior Solutions Engineer
** who is passionate about cybersecurity and AI-powered platforms, thrives in direct customer engagement, and excels at helping organizations solve complex challenges. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Solutions Engineering, Product, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide customers along their security journey while expanding the reach of our platform. ** Responsibilities:
** Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with meaningful outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and exceptional customer experience.

Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, including beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields. 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles. Proven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments. Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments. Ability to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives. Proven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education.
** Bonus Qualifications
** Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments. Familiarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, or modern detection/security posture technologies. Hands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, Power Shell). Experience delivering executive briefings, architecture workshops, or security maturity assessments. Experience working with or enabling MSSPs, GSIs, or Channel Partners. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA).

Strong technical storytelling ability translating complex concepts into clear value for customers.

Enthusiasm for mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing across internal teams. AI technology experience, such as applying AI/ML to cybersecurity workflows, leveraging LLMs or agentic AI for automation, or working with AI-driven detection and analytics systems.
