New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to support clients remotely, answer tickets, and resolve common IT issues quickly. You’ll use Connect Wise PSA and IT Glue to document interactions and stay aligned with the team.
The role requires a two-year technical degree and 1–5 years in a service desk environment. A basic understanding of networking, desktops, and virtual environments is helpful, and MSP experience is a plus.
