Job Title: SAP Success Factors Payroll/HCM Consultant
Location: Remote (Preferred EST Time Zone)
Travel: 10–25% (SAP Office – Newtown Square, PA & client locations)
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
- Manage payroll processes, time management, organizational management, personnel administration, and benefits.
- Integrate Success Factors with SAP HCM/Payroll and third-party applications.
- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions
- US Citizen, Green Card Holder, Canadian Citizen
- Strong H1B candidates may be considered
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA - Experience with both SAP S/4
HANA Private Cloud and Public Cloud - SAP Public Cloud experience is highly preferred
- Candidates without Public Cloud experience must be willing to obtain SAP Public Cloud certification before joining
