HR System Data

Develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dashboard solutions under occasional guidance. Proficient in utilizing Workday tools to satisfy end user data needs. Performs Data Analysis functions. Implements small projects or components of large projects. Ability to solve medium to complex problems.

This role is available for remote work from most US locations)

• Develops and maintains Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dasbhoard solutions, including requirements definition, data analysis, testing and appropriate user access.
• Collaborates with other team members, other teams internal and external to Human Resources and business users to identify and develop solutions.
• Ensures effective utilization of new Workday features released bi-annually.
• Ensures appropriate documentation for all development and modifications.
• Ensures integrity and security of all enterprise data.
• This role is 85% Workday reporting (it is NOT a role that handles much business process configuration).

• Bachelor's degree
  - Required
• 2+ years of experience with Advanced, Matrix and Composite Workday report and dasbhoard solutions
• Familarity and expertise with Workday Security as it relates to reporting and dashboards
  - Preferred
• Workday PRISM experience - a Plus
• Workday Pro Certification - a Plus
• Workday HCM Business Process Configuration Experience - a Plus
• Workday Extend Experience - a Plus

• Data Analysis (Novice):
  Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate data analysis in practical data analysis applications of moderate difficulty. Navigates within established technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for data analysis. Able to modify and run queries and standard reports from data tools and provide to users. Can identify data values and data sources. Is familiar with data modeling.
  
  Is able to interview business customers to elicit data requirements and understand the relationships between data items.
• Business Intelligence Tools (Novice):
  Has successfully used the tool in situations of medium complexity. Occasionally needs assistance from internal technical support in usage of the tool. May have successfully completed in-depth training in core components of the skill. Able to install and upgrade the tool.
• Business Requirements Definition (Novice):
  Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate knowledge of Business Requirements Definition in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Able to identify potential problems through basic analysis and develop appropriate test cases to assure…
