Position: Primary Person Responsible (PPR)
Description The Primary Person Responsible (PPR) serves as the dedicated Strategic Analytics Lead for 2-3 assigned Revenue Cycle functional areas. This individual acts as the primary liaison between management and their pod, helping operational stakeholders determine key KPI's, identify the drivers behind performance, and translate data into actionable business decisions.

As the "face of analytics" for their assigned functions, the PPR partners closely with Revenue Cycle leaders to define strategic KPIs, challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities for operational improvement, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights. While technical competency in SQL, Power BI, and analytics tools is important, success in this role is driven primarily by critical thinking, business partnership, communication, and the ability to influence decision-making.

The PPR leads a cross-functional analytics pod consisting of reporting, data, and visualization resources and is accountable for aligning those resources to support business priorities.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
