Pro Medica is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst to design, implement, maintain, and support Epic software applications. You will work with operational teams across Pro Medica and mentor junior IT EMR staff.
You will plan implementations and upgrades, ensuring testing, QA, and proper documentation. You will train IT staff and end-users, keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes. This role is remote and part of the ITS Provider Opex department.
