About the Job We're hiring a Director of IT to own IT Operations and IT Engineering end to end; enterprise identity, endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, collaboration tooling, and the service model our distributed workforce depends on. This opportunity will allow you to reimagine how IT operates in an AI Native environment and bring an engineering mindset to how the function runs: structured, automated, and metrics-driven.

This is a role for someone who wants to take an IT function to its next stage of maturity, not just keep it running as-is. You’ll have the agency and runway to set the strategy, build the playbooks, and lead the team to the next level.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who has scaled IT operations and engineering in high growth environments, carries strong engineering principles, and can operate with a safety first mindset.

A year in, this function is a genuine strategic partner across the business — anticipating technology and infrastructure needs and building the roadmaps that mature alongside Life
