- Lead billing timeliness, accuracy, and unbilled backlog reduction.
- Build KPIs, dashboards, and billing processes for a team of ~20.
- Manage, develop, and restructure the billing team.
System & Process:
- Fix Net Suite, Salesforce, and Blu Logix integration gaps with Finance IT.
- Drive automation and clean dispute workflows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years B2B billing, 5+ leading teams, $500M+ revenue scale.
- Net Suite/Blu Logix proficiency and player-coach mindset.
