Client Solutions Analyst; Fully Remote

• Partner with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to support clients throughout onboarding.
• Blend client relationship management, technical fluency, and product expertise.
• Report to the Director of Client Services and work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they have knowledge and resources to integrate products.
• Develop expertise in product offerings and use technical knowledge to support implementation.
• Troubleshoot production, data, and processing issues, and respond to technical support tickets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification, plus 5+ years in client support.
• Located in Eastern Time zone and available during international business hours.
• Experience with enterprise clients and leading presentations; preferred experience with API integrations and database queries.
