We are seeking a Net Suite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established Net Suite ERP environment. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-to-mid-career Net Suite professional who wants to continue developing their technical and functional capabilities while working alongside more senior Net Suite resources.

• Administer and support Net Suite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support Net Suite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot Net Suite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of Net Suite functionality.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
• Support testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on Net Suite functionality, releases, and system best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Net Suite Administrator or Suite Foundation certification.
• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting Net Suite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams and requirements.
• Knowledge of Net Suite functionality such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
