• Set up, launch, and monitor digital campaigns across Eskimi DSP, Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client KPIs
• Identify optimization opportunities and troubleshoot delivery or tracking issues
• Coordinate with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams
• Analyze key metrics and share insights that support optimization decisions
• Use data to suggest improvements for current and future campaigns

• Interest in digital marketing or advertising
• Solid understanding of core digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, viewability, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with at least one ad platform:
  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or a DSP
• Attention to detail and genuine curiosity about how ads work
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international team
